UpstartRadar is free for everyone. Creators list projects (new launches, relaunches, and projects that have been online a while and need a boost) and ask for the help they need. Scouts back projects and give feedback, and earn reputation when the projects they backed early rise or when creators mark their comments helpful. Projects rise when enough members back them. Featured places are bought only with credits earned by taking part, never with money. UpstartRadar is run by an independent maker in New South Wales, Australia.

Every listing is checked by hand before it goes live, and approved projects get a normal (dofollow) link to their website. Links and placement are never sold.
