The main problem
Getting more vibe coders and less technical users to try PanelAlpha Engine and share feedback so we can improve it based on their real needs.
About PanelAlpha Engine
PanelAlpha Engine is a free tool built to make self-hosting any app as easy as building them has become thanks to AI.
You shouldn't need to be a sysadmin to self-host your own projects. With PanelAlpha Engine, you can install the software and deploy any app from Git to your own VPS using a single command. You can also connect your favorite AI agent, including Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, through MCP and have it handle the hosting work for you using natural language.
At the same time, Engine takes care of the technical details of hosting, including Docker containers, domains, SSL certificates, databases, backups, monitoring and security. You keep control over your own server and projects without having to rely on third-party managed hosting platforms.
It's designed for developers, vibe coders and non-technical users who want an easier way to deploy and manage their apps. There's also a clear benefit for hosting providers, who can offer simpler, AI-assisted hosting services to their customers without having to change their existing infrastructure.
PanelAlpha Engine is already available as open source under the Apache 2.0 license and we're actively improving it based on user feedback. We're also working on a new version of PanelAlpha Control Panel that will bring a graphical interface to Engine for those who prefer clicking over chatting with an AI agent.
