These terms apply to your use of UpstartRadar (upstartradar.com), run by Nathaniel Scifleet. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 to create an account.
• One account per person. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate details, and keep your email address up to date.

Listing projects

• Only list a project you made, help run, or have the creator's permission to list.
• Listings are reviewed before going live. We may decline, hide or remove any listing, including one that is misleading, unlawful, adult, harmful, a scam, or that breaks someone else's rights.
• You keep ownership of what you post. You give UpstartRadar permission to display it on the site, in emails and in posts about the site (such as the Creator Spotlight) while it's listed.

Taking part

• Be honest and respectful in comments and feedback. No harassment, spam, or misleading claims.
• Don't manipulate backing, points or credits: no fake or extra accounts, no swapping backs, no paying or asking others to back or comment for points.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Points, credits and featured slots

• Points (reputation) and credits are a way of recognising participation. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
• We may adjust or remove points and credits earned by breaking these terms, or that were given in error.
• We may change how points, credits and featured slots work, or end them. If we end featured slots, unused bookings will be refunded in credits.
• Featured slots and the Creator Spotlight can't be bought with money.

Links and affiliate links

Projects and tools listed on UpstartRadar are run by others, and we're not responsible for them. Using them is at your own risk. Some links are affiliate links, which are labelled; see how we stay free.

The service

We work to keep the site running well, but it's provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to resupplying the service.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions: email support@upstartradar.com (contact page).
